An intimate evening of flavour and creativity, where Panezski cocktails re paired with a curated selection of seasonal canapés. Guests are invited to explore the craft of distillation through thoughtfully designed combinations that highlight the character of our spirits and the artistry of our kitchen.

Vault Access

Members receive privileged access to the Panezski Vault - a collection of limited release spirits, experimental casks, and special bottling from The Glass Age program. These rare releases are produced in small quantities and offered exclusively to those within the Panezski circle before and public availability.

"State of the Distillery" Dinner

A private evening with the founders of Panezski, offering an inside look into the journey, philosophy, and future of the distillery. Guests enjoy a glass of Paul's favourite Champagne on arrival followed by a carefully curated multi-course menu with accompanying cocktails and spirit pairings, while sharing conversation, stories, and insights from behind the still.
