Refund Policy

We will comply with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or to have the Goods replaced if the Goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange you must provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Return the purchase in the same condition as was purchased including original

packaging at your expense. Tamper evident seals must be intact.
- Provide us with information regarding your reason for return.
- Make a request for return (refund or exchange) within 5 days of receiving the Goods. - Refunds to credit cards will only be made to the same card used to purchase the

Goods, evidence of such must be provided.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to you credit card or original method of payment, within a certain 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at paul@panezski.com.au and send you item to: Panezski Artisan Distillery, 2/2 Sierra Place, Upper Coomera QLD 4209, Australia.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Events (if applicable)

Ticketed events cannot be refunded once the ticket is purchased. If in the event the ticket holder has exceptional circumstances to which they cannot attend the event, the ticket may be transferred to a future event of the same value.

An event ticket becomes void under the following circumstances:
- The ticket holder doesn’t attend the event.
- The ticket holder doesn’t give a justified reason for not attending even if notified

prior to the event.
- The ticket holder is approved to have the ticket transferred to a future event and

then doesn’t attend. -

The circumstances for non-attendance will be assessed on an individual bases, we hold the right to approve or reject the circumstances. The final decision shall be made from this assessment at our discretion and is final.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Panezski Artisan Distillery, 2/2 Sierra Place, Upper Coomera, QLD 4209

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will also be responsible for the way the product is packed to ensure no breakages.

Alternatively, if you are local, you are welcome to bring the product into the Distillery in person.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over the value of $75.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
